Window

Window size (WSS) - a highly OS dependent setting used for TCP/IP performance control
(max. amount of data to be sent without ACK).
Some systems use a fixed value for initial packets.
On other systems, it is a multiple of MSS or MTU (MSS+40).
In some rare cases, the value is just arbitrary.
